definitely worth watching.

So I was in Bahrain last weekend… and I saw 2 random things that I would like to show to you. the pictures below are an escalator that I noticed was a bit short. it was the escalator of Alyateem mall in Bahrain.. it has to be less than 12 steps long.. it was just funny.

The second picture is a pimped out Land Cruiser that was parked in the building my friend lives in. it’s a Land Cruiser with a rolls-royce front end and some random body kit around it. I thought it’s ugly .. enjoy it

I really dont know how to comment on these pictures so i’ll leave that to you ;p

Spelling mistakes can be forgiven in an email.. on a post-it.. in a memo maybe.. but would you misspell something on an advertisement? especially when spell check is used in almost every application now.

here is what I found when I was on facebook today.

Finaly ?? is it that hard spell check now? or was it an urgent advertisement? I just think it’s stupid.

So …. I haven’t posted in a long time.. don’t count the previous post.. I have been out of the country for a long time and I was against technology to some extend..

The stalker story… here it goes.

I was in Bahrain (not sure which time) and I receive this random call from a +201 country code (egypt), I picked up..

Me: Hello, Yes???
Stalker: High, shlonk? shakhbarek.. blah blah blah blah blah (literally for 5 minutes)
Me: “replied on the previous questions”, Who is this?
Stalker: ana wa7da shayfetek eb facebook ow mo3jaba wayed … (bullshit!! or at least that what i thought)
Me: aha.. anyways i’m abroad and busy and it costs too much to talk on roaming (you would think someone have some feelings)

So the night goes on… and my phone is on silent in the room.. I check my mobile the next day.. guess what… I have 19 missed calls.. now i’m annoyed…

Now the day goes on and she’s still calling me … until she gave up in the afternoon.. I was happy… then my phone rang around 8pm that day with a Call in my caller ID.. I picked up and it was her again!!

Me: Hello??
Stalker: Ahlaaain! malait wana adeg 3alaik.. where have you been?
Me: excuse me.. who is this ?
Stalker: ana “flana”
Me: I’m still in abroad and i’m not going to spend this much on you (you would think will ring a bell?)
Stalker: ana asfa..
Me: Bye.. chak (in a rude way)

Hoping it was all over.. that didn’t happen.. 15 minutes after I arrived to Kuwait I receive a phone call from a kuwaiti number..

Me: Hello?
Stalker: 7imdillaa 3ala el-salama! when did you arrive?
Me: allah esalmech.. ana bil ma6ar and i’m busy don’t call me. bye .. CHAK

For almost a week after that I receive no less than 10-15 missed calls a day.. plus text messages.

now the funny part about this story starts… first of all she sends SMS (and she never gets a reply) yet she send another SMS as if I answered the first one! example:

Stalker (sms): Hi shloonk.. I miss you so mutch (and mutch was the way she spelled it)
Me (sms): NONE !!
Stalker (sms): ana tamam.. wayed wayed walhana 3alaik..

now thats an example.. not a real SMS she sent..

but here is true story…

Stalker (sms): tara okhooy shak feene fa latdeg 3alai el-yoom or etdez msg. (at night.. as if I replied to a single msg)
Me: NONE!!
Stalker (SMS): tara khalas everything is normal now.. 3ade you can call me (the next morning)

Now I realized i’m dealing with a weirdo! so I kept on ignoring…  few days later I receive a phone call from a number I don’t know.. So i pick up:

Me: Hello?
Someone: Mar7aba (now i’m thinking someone polite, yes a girl and I was excited for a second :P)
Me: Mar7abtain ya hala.. who is this?
Someone: You don’t know me and i’m sorry for calling you but ana daga lena my cousin sarlaha fatra ga3ed etdeg 3alaik ow etdez msgs and you are not replying ow khayfa enek za3lan 3alaiha..
Me: ya bent el-7alal .. i don’t know your cousin.. she keeps calling me and msging me .. walla ma a3aref’ha !
Stalker’s cousin: ana a3arefkom .. kila etgolon chethy.. bs allah ewafegkom inshalla
Me: NO NO !! mara7 ewafegna .. it’s ust wrong! bye .. and please don’t call again .. CHAK

you would think that stops it …

Next day I receive MMS picture from my stalker.. it was her picture with a sad face on and a subject saying ana za3lana 3alaik!!

It has been almost a week since that MMS and i’m hoping it’s over.. but i’ll keep you posted if anything comes up

Lessons learned:

• stalkers are really really weird
• DON’T pick up calls unless you know who is calling
• girls can be aggressive

What would your reaction be if you are the pilot?

Mine: LET IT GO.. if the navigator is interested let him take care of it!

There are some rumors and it sure can be true some people felt some sort of earthquake activities.  Please someone confirm that. and I’m sure it’s nothing serious because I didn’t even feel it.

Apparently we are not having the best weeks lately! everyweek we come across new experience.. this time it’s definitely bad luck. we had the boat sitting in the water overnight tight to a the floating thing “boya” but with our bad luck the rope connecting the boya to the concrete in the sea decided to disconnect (enga9). and the boat docked about 1 km away and the waves started hitting the shit out of it filling it with water and sand. which caused this…

I was about to post about this story earlier today but Mr. Bored Kuwaiti decided to post it before I did, apparently he was there too! I just have to add a few more things to his story. The transsexuals didn’t only show one boob, “IT” literally flashed the whole package, and the transsexuals were touching them selves.. it was disgusting but worth the laugh
