I was reading Marzouq’s blog zDistrict when I read this post about the article in KuwaitTimes… and I totally disagree with the article. I once wrote about the definition of a blog in a previous post which specifically mentioned that it’s a personal diary.. yes blogs can be for a specific purposes but that’s not why they were created in the first place.

a part from the previous post:

An online diary where people can post messages and others may view and respond to the posts.

Blogs have been a great addition to this society for many reasons such as ..

  1. you see different point of views on political, social, controversial issues and many more.
  2. you hear about events, news, and breaking news through blogs.
  3. the replace therapy (people vent … and they get feedback)
  4. it’s a social network.. it connects people to the world around them.
  5. blogs bring out talents people.

We sat about 30 minutes ago. The disappointment came from the lack of organization.. Is seems that they over booked the event. Hope the show makes up for it

so after attending the show here is what I thought.

  1. The show is damn hilarious !
  2. it lasted 2 hours.. 30 minutes of Ahmed Ahmed from Axis of Evil performing. followed by almost an hour and a half of Russel Peters.
  3. I haven’t seen alot of his performing before so everything in the show was new to me.
  4. I’m still wondering how did they say the show is 16+ (13 and 14 years old kids were there) but the point is .. the show needed a 21+ rating lol
  5. Russel peters is an ass.. I know comedians make fun of the audience .. but not 1/4 of the time (don’t get me wrong. he was funny in doing that too)
  6. all in all it was a great show. i just hated the organization the most…

We’ve been waiting so long for our favourite shows to return, and now the wait is almost over. Soon new episodes will air and we’ll be able to enjoy whatever’s left of the season ! =D

Personally, i think i missed Grey’s Anatomy and Desperate housewives the most! (And yes by that i mean McDreamy, McSteamy and Mike Delfino ;p)
Ofcourse the last episode of Prison break was a cliffhanger ! Cant wait to see what’s happened to michael and Lincoln. I know a great thing will turn out but am not gonna say it here ;D

Heroes is amazing, you just cant “not like” Hiro Nakamura so you cant hate the show ;p
Lost is a LOST cause i think. Dont know about you people but that’s how i see it.
Ugly Betty.. Is Hilaaarious! Unique in it’s own way. I really miss that show.

I just mentioned a few of my favorite shows, but here are the dates for the return of some other shows :

  • Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy return April 24, with each series airing five new episodes.
  • Desperate Housewives returns April 13 with five original episodes and a two-hour finale planned.
  • Samantha Who? and Boston Legal will return April 7 and April 8, respectively, each with six original episodes airing. Pushing Daisies, Private Practice and Dirty Sexy Money will all return next season.As for the rest of the shows, you can find them here ;
