So I finally decided to join a gym, I choose Maya Fitness for 4 reasons really

They are 2 minutes drive from where I live.. it’s in amwaj islands
it’s a small gym (I don’t like big ones)
it’s really clean and well maintained.
The view is nice when you doing some cardio.

This weekend was the 2nd Bahrain International Motorshow. lets put it this way, the show has few interesting things but it could have been a lot better.. it was really a commercial thing more than a place for enthusiast..
