It has been a while since I woke up early since my working hours are pretty damn screwed up. but today I woke up around 8 and decided to go for a breakfast, and the choice was Johnny rockets. after this breakfast I declared waking up early as a bad habit and it makes you fat because I ended up ordering the following:

    3alik bil 3afya !! yes i think it’s a bad habit too!! i start my day at 10 and when ever i wake up by 7 or 8 i find nothing to do but eating !! it would be easy to eat 2 breakfast per day if i woke up that early

    I’m afraid I disagree!! Waking up early and having a “healthy” breakfast starts your metabolism early in the day and gets going.

    Of course overdosing on fatty good in the morning is not healthy, though. For me personally I work out and run and part of my exercise is a diet in which I eat 5 times a day (it’s the recommended diet for exercising and losing fat). But the food has to be in decent portions and healthy. Proteins, whole grain foods and cereals, veggies, fruits.

    You should try it lol.
