Before I left work today I was chatting with GS and HJ and somehow we decided we are going to try to make Marag Bamya, and guess what .. it happened.. and it tasted so damn good! it feels like I was having dinner at home! you can’t beat Marag Bamya, Rice, and a Little ma3booch & achar!

thanks GS (and HJ cutting the onions) for the dish.. AMAZING !!

(obviously i didn’t post the after pictures for many reasons :P)
