In the past couple of months I have been to introduced to many new dishes… but this is my favorite one:

This is Deer Steak. the meat is so tender, juicy, and flavorful! this has to be one of the best steaks I have ever had in my life, too bad it was the “dish of the day” and I don’t expect to see it on the menu at Cafe Rotterdam anytime soon.

Another dish that I have been eating like no tomorrow is the Dutch Bitterballen which is available in almost any place you go to ranging from street stands, restaurants, bars, etc etc… I guess it’s some sort of meat with another stuff all grounded and then deep fried as balls. It tastes so good with Dijon mustard and they are very very greasy :P
