This is what happens if you are outside your country by your self… you try new things.. and this time it actually came out good! this is my Steak & cheese sandwich. follow the steps if u want to try it…

steaks-final.jpg

Ingredients:

  1. Balsamic vinegar
  2. Soy sauce
  3. Mushrooms
  4. Cheese
  5. Steak burgers
  6. Bread. (I used French bread)

steaks-1.jpg

The first thing you do is clean the mushrooms obviously and cut it into about 1/2″ sized pieces.

steaks-2.jpg

After that you saute the mushrooms and add to it some salt and peppers.

steaks-3.jpg

When the mushrooms gets a little browns add to it Soy sauce and Balsamic Vinegar and keep cooking it.

steaks-4.jpg

Remove the mushrooms from the pan and put it on a separate plate for now and use the same pan to grill the burgers.

steaks-6.jpg

When you start grilling the burgers wait for it to defrost (in-case it’s frozen) and start cutting it into small pieces and add some more soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to it.

steaks-7.jpg

And the last thing you do before removing the meat from the pan is to put back the mushrooms and start mixing them for about 30 seconds.

Now you have the meat ready.. just put it in the bread and put some cheese on it to melt and enjoy the steak sandwich ;)
