Air guns (om 9achma) are now available in Kuwait!

Today while I was reading Kuwait Times I found that the ban on air rifles and BB guns has been lifted after almost 17 years of ban that was put in place after the 1990 war.

I think it was a spelling mistake .. it is called om sachma as far as i know.
and it mihgt be banned because of the iraq war situation where they started to collect guns for the last few months.
also it might be due our prince visit to Mangolia this week and i am guessing it is for (Gana9) perpose .. so why not the nation of Kuwait enjoy some gana9 as does the prince ?
