Whats up with the weather?

The first weekend that I decided to sleep in the chalet on wed. and wake up to go to work the weather ends up like this?? it’s good that i woke up at 6:30!
I guess I learned my lesson.. but i’m still going back to chalet after work :P
Note: if you are out of Kuwait and don’t know what the hell is wrong with the weather … ITS DUSTY! to a point that u can’t see 30meters ahead of you..
