Frivolous lawsuits

Mainly only in America 
- The McDonalds Coffee lawsuit: in 1992 the stupid lady spilled coffee on her self and got paid over $2.8m.
- Para-Chem flammable warning lawsuit: two carpet layers suited Para-Chem because the sign on the carpet adhesive ignited which says the the adhesive is “flamable” & “Keep away from heat” wasn’t clear enough and got a settlement of $8m.
- Honda drunk safe seat belt lawsuit: Honda was sued by the parents of a girl who died by drowning because she couldn’t unfast her seatbelt when the car fell into the pay because she was drunk (double the legal limit of alcohol). the parents were awarded $65m.
- The bar security lawsuit: a bar owner decided to use window electric trap to avoid break-ins and when the idiot decided to rob the bar under the influence of alcohol & drugs he sets of the trap and get him self killer (keeping in mind that a sign is placed outside the bar mention the existence of the trap). his parents sued the bar and got a settlement of $75000.
- *This one is good* A guy sues Anheiser-busch for $10,000 for false advertising. he was suing the company for emotional stress because when he drinks their beer he didn’t get lucky with chicks like it shows in the commercial, and the second reason was the fact that he wasn’t feeling good after drinking beer sometimes (duhh).. thanks god the case was thrown out of court.
- *Another good one*A guy sues a strip-bar because he got whiplashed by the stipper’s boobs while getting a lap-dance stating that the stripper’s boobs are concrete hard. thanks god the case was thrown out of the court.

i dont think lawsuits work here in Kuwait i think u guys all read the artical in
Alqabas newspaper few days ago about that little girl who got …… as a toy in
her McDonalds happy (freaky) meal :)))))
