Hijab is now required?

Bu ramiah the idiot is now warning minister Noreya Al-sabeeh to wear the veil “hijab” before she gives the oath? is this guy out of his mind? Correct me if i’m wrong, did the Minister walk in the parliament half naked? she is a much more respected figure and known for her stands and her vision to whats best for Kuwait. on the other hand, whats Bu ramiah other than a stupid hypocrite?
Well, Noreya Al-Sabeeh again stepped up and did what she believed in. she gave the oath without wearing the Hijab which doesn’t in anyway defines a person ;) congrants Minister on your first achievement !!
