Today I watched Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj, the movie is a sequel of Van Wilder which was produced in 2002. the movie is about Kal Penn (Taj Mahal Badalandabad) who finish his undergraduate studies in the US and travel to england to join one of it’s prestigious school, Camford (Cambridge & Oxford) University to continue his post-graduate studies there and teach.

After he gets to England he runs into this up-tight British jerk who doesn’t really like him and start giving him a hard-time which Taj didn’t like so he showed him how to enjoy college when he started his own frat house and basically payback time started.

he gather up a bunch of geeks and start partying their brains out and took over the title that the other frat has been winning over the years. and ended up dating the up-tight jerk’s girlfriend.

over all the movie was good, i would rank it 8/10 for a comedy movie.

lately I have been watching too much TV shows that i’m kind of seeing my self being addicted to them.. i mean what kind of person watches Entourage, Heroes, Scrubs, Psych, Battlestar Galactica, and The riches all at the same time?! and btw thats why I haven’t been posting lately.. I have been watching all these shows and I can’t wait to finish them because my social life is getting worse by the minute and i’m not too far from loosing it, characters from these shows are getting mixed up in my mind now!

And i have to say, the show Psych is good and worth watching if you get the chance to download it or buy it. it’s about a guy who can observe what happens around him quickly, like a talent if i may say. and he ended up solving crimes for the police department by telling them he’s a psychic.

The other show that I saw only one episode of so far is The riches, it’s about this dishonest family who pretend to be an up-class family and live the lie basically.. it’s funny.

I was reading Mosan mosan and I came across this list published by Arabian business for the most influential Arabs. now i’m not posting this because it’s very interesting to see who is the most influential arab, but because i’m wondering by which year I will make it to this list? I’m betting on me making it on the list by 2030…!

What I enjoyed while i’m reading this list is how many Kuwaities are on it and thats what motivated me to achieve my target of leading this list..

Woooow! today apple finally announced their quarter earning.. the stock was trading today and reached up to $95.22 as a day high, when the announcement came out around 1am (Kuwait time) the stock started trading after hours and pushed the price up all the way to $103.86 and now is it’s back trading at around the $101 range (+8.86%).

The reason behind the jump after the earning is obviously good earning, the expected EPS was $.64 which is crushed by the actual EPS of $.86 and the raise is due to the soaring sales of of MacBook and iPod.

Congrats to whoever is trading AAPL, Tomorrow is going to be a good!

Heroes is now back! April 23th was the release of episode 19 which I finally watched yesterday because my friend downloaded it for me (thanks SNA). When they left it on episode 18 they kept us hanging, when they came back the day before yesterday they put everything back together but again they managed to make it more complicated! the show is simply genius. I can’t wait to see the next episode.

This show would be 10/10 if i’m sure that the ending will be a good one. so lets hope for that since my only 10/10 show so far is prison break.

A friend of mine brought this tea to work. it’s a type of tea but it’s very interesting. “didn’t get the chance to try it because someone here at work decided to finish the whole pack in less than 24 hours”

it’s a dried flower that you put in water and it kind of blossoms to look like the picture below.. i took a sip of it but it disgusted me due to the sagar my friend had in it. but I can see how it’s good and I’m going to try it soon. here is the picture and more details when I really try it.
