try this with burgers, especially Kobe beef..

1. Get some green onions and cut it all up into small peices including the green part.
2. Mix honey, sugar and water in a glass and leave it on the side.
3. sautee the white part of the onions with butter until it changes color a little.
4. Add water that you mixed to it.
5. Add the green part of the onions to it and let it cook untill the water dries up.
6. Put it on your burger and enjoy!
